Drop-Off Appointments


Drop-Off appointments are available from 10:00am to 9:00pm on Friday, November 11, 2011 and from 8:30am - 9am on Saturday, November 12, 2011.

We request all consignors schedule a drop-off appointment so that we know approximately when to expect you. Appointments also help us limit the number of people that show up to drop-off at one time making the process run as smoothly and quickly as possible. To sign-up for a drop-off appointment, access your consignor account by clicking the "Consignor Log-In" link on the left-hand side of our website and then click "Select a drop-off appointment". Review the available times and then click "sign-up" for the time slot that you want.

Before your Drop-Off Appointment:

  • All of your items must arrive tagged and ready to sell. Clothing items must arrive on hangers and all hangers should be facing to the left (like a question mark - ? ) when looking at the front of the item.
  • Please pre-sort all clothing by gender and size prior to arriving to help expedite drop-off.

During your Drop-Off Appintment

  • Bring your items, ready to sell, to the back of the Snoqualmie Middle School gymnasium on Friday, November 11th during your scheduled drop-off time. Look for signs.
  • Park your car and come to the consignor check-in table before you remove items from your vehicle.
  • Sign your consignor agreement.
  • After you have checked in, a volunteer will double check your items for stains or flaws and will then ask you to place your items on the sales floor. We will assist you as best we can, depending on the number of volunteers and the number of items that need to be set out but you should allow about 15-30 minutes for drop-off.

We’re sorry but we do not have the storage space available to hold an unlimited amount of items prior to the start of the sale. We will however try to accommodate scheduling issues should they arise. If you have a scheduling conflict with drop-off, please email christina@thekidssale.com and explain the situation. We are happy to try to accommodate your schedule!
