Drop off & Pick-up

Dropping-Off your prepared items

You must schedule a drop-off appointment so that we know when to expect you. To do this, simply click the following link and login using your consignor number and password. Review the available times and "sign-up" for the one you want.

Drop-Off Appointment Scheduling

Drop-off will be at date, time and location TBA. All your items must arrive tagged and clothing items must arrive on hangers. Once you check-in, you will need to place your items on the sales floor. We will assist you as best we can, depending on the number of volunteers and the number of items that need to be set out. Please pre-sort all clothing by gender and size prior to arriving to help drop-off go as smoothly and quickly as possible!

We’re sorry but we do not have the storage space available to hold an unlimited amount of items prior to the start of the sale. We will however try to accommodate scheduling issues should they arise. If you have a scheduling conflict with the drop-off date, please email christina@thekidssale.com and we can try to accommodate your schedule!

Picking-up your unsold items

After the sale you will have the option to pick-up any unsold items that you didn't mark for donation. Pick-up of unsold items will be date and time TBA. Any items NOT picked up by the deadline will also be donated to Eastside Baby Corner. A Donation Report & Tax Receipt will be sent to everyone listing the items you marked for donatation.

Due to time contraints, we may be unable to sort all unsold items. We hope to have all clothing items sorted by the time you arrive to pick-up. Final sales data will be uploaded online. Please print out your final sales data information. This information will assist you as you look for your unsold items. If you are unable to locate an item that appears as "not sold" you will be need to continue looking for it or you have the option to add it to your donation report.
